  1. Provided Services

The primary objective of hotelsassistance.com is to serve as a digital platform that facilitates communication between Users, particularly Companies in the tourism sector and potential Candidates, fostering new employment opportunities and professional connections. Through our website, Candidates gain access to job listings posted by Companies, while Companies can browse and review the profiles and CVs of registered Candidates.

How It Works

Registered Companies can access the Candidate database according to the privacy settings selected by each Candidate, publish job offers, manage the hiring process, and utilize other employment-related services. Candidates, in turn, can create, edit, and manage their CVs and access additional services tailored to their career development.

As we continuously innovate and improve our platform, we reserve the right to modify, without prior notice, the design, structure, and features of the website, as well as to introduce new services or alter existing ones. These modifications (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) are implemented to enhance the experience of our Registered Users. Should there be substantial changes in how Services are provided, Users will be appropriately informed.

Certain Services available on the website may be subject to additional terms (hereinafter referred to as “Specific Conditions”), which may supplement, modify, or override these Terms and Conditions. Users are advised to review these Specific Conditions carefully before using or subscribing to any Service, as they become legally binding upon acceptance. In cases where the Specific Conditions conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the Specific Conditions shall take precedence.

At hotelsassistance.com, we strive to maintain maximum website availability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times and assume no liability for any service downtime.

Accordingly, hotelsassistance.com reserves the right to:

  • Monitor and regulate website access and usage.

  • Implement technical measures to ensure compliance with these Terms and prevailing laws.

  • Without prior notice, suspend, limit, or restrict access to the website and/or Services in cases where:

  • Technical issues or unforeseen circumstances compromise the functionality and security of the website.

Routine maintenance is required.

Users fail to comply with the present Terms and Conditions.

By using our website, Users acknowledge and accept these provisions regarding the availability, functionality, and potential modifications of our Services.

  1. User registration process

When you register as a Candidate or Company, remember that you accept all our legal texts contained on the website, which are fully binding. Therefore, we recommend that you read them before proceeding with your registration. All the data required in the registration process, whether as a Candidate or Company, marked with an asterisk are mandatory and must necessarily be completed, so that failure to complete them releases us from any obligation or action related to such information, and may lead to the denial of the registration as a User.

Only if you are a natural person can you register as a Candidate. Registration as a Candidate is free. At any time, as a Candidate, you can configure in your personal area which data you want us to treat in hotelsassistance.com as the owners of the website, as well as those, if any, that can be given to the Companies or not. Once the data has been given to the Companies, the latter will be responsible for the subsequent processing of the data without hotelsassistance.com responding beyond its own limited data processing as detailed on our website. In any case, the data that you provide directly to the Companies using the means of registration for the offers on the website or outside of it, will be understood to be transferred directly by the Candidate to the Companies outside of hotelsassistance.com’ responsibility in that which is not foreseen in the legal texts of our website.

In the case of Companies, only a natural person with the corresponding powers of representation can be registered as a “Company” in our database. To do this, the contact information of the natural person and the information about the Company itself must be completed. The power of attorney of the natural person who does all this on behalf of the registered Company will be presumed.

Remember that, both as a Candidate and as a Company, all the information you provide as a User through the website and/or the Services must be truthful. To this effect, you guarantee the ownership, authenticity and updating at all times of the data that you communicate as a consequence of the completion of the forms necessary for the subscription of the Services and creation of a profile, being the only person responsible for the false or inexact declarations that you make and the damages that you cause to hotelsassistance.com and/or third parties due to the information that you provide. In particular, in relation to mobile messaging services, you guarantee that you are the owner, subscriber or beneficiary of the declared mobile numbers and are responsible for informing hotelsassistance.com of any change in their situation.

When you register, you will be given a username and password. The use of these keys is personal and non-transferable, and the assignment, even temporary, to third parties is not permitted. In this sense, it is your responsibility to adopt the necessary measures for the custody of the selected passwords, avoiding their use by third parties. Consequently, hotelsassistance.com does not assume any responsibility for the use of the passwords by unauthorized third parties. In the event that you have knowledge of or suspect the unauthorized use of your passwords, you must inform hotelsassistance.com of this as soon as possible.

  1. User Responsibilities

As a User, you agree to use the website and its accessible Services responsibly, adhering to applicable laws, ethical standards, and these Terms and Conditions (including any applicable Specific Conditions and other legal texts). You must also respect other users at all times.

Additionally, you are solely responsible for the interactions you establish with other members and Users of hotelsassistance.com. Procedure for Publishing Job Offers

To publish your job vacancies, we offer three methods:

  • You can provide the text you wish to publish directly.

  • hotelsassistance.com can draft the text and send it to you for approval before publication.

  • You may submit the information for publication through a third-party ATS (Applicant Tracking System). This process is subject to our website’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

  • When posting a job, training opportunity, or event, you can specify the area or region for publication to ensure optimal service. If no region is selected, the default region will be based on the address provided during your Company registration. Please note that our rates vary depending on the number of regions chosen for publication.

  • As a Company, you guarantee that all information and details in the job offer comply with current legislation, adheres to relevant collective agreements, and do not violate labor regulations. hotelsassistance.com is not obligated to verify the accuracy of the information provided, and responsibility for compliance rests solely with the Company.

  • Job offers, training opportunities, and events must be legally valid. hotelsassistance.com does not accept offers that:

(i) Require financial investment from candidates (except for training or events);

(ii) Promote pyramid schemes.

(iii) Advertise business opportunities.

(iv) Are related to the adult entertainment industry.

hotelsassistance.com reserves the right to reject orders or remove published content if it violates legal requirements, our Terms and Conditions, infringes on third-party rights, compromises the quality of the Service, damages hotelsassistance.com’s reputation, or includes impermissible content as outlined below:

Contact Information in Job Descriptions: Including phone numbers, fax, addresses, or emails in the job description field.

Incorrect Region Selection: Applying to multiple regions when the recruitment form is intended for a single region.

Misleading or Ambiguous Offe: Advertising multiple positions under a single offer.

Incorrect Example: “Offer: Helper Waiter / Waiter / Cook.”

Correct Example: “Offer Nº1: Helper Waiter; Offer Nº2: Waiter; Offer Nº3: Cook.”

As a Company, you acknowledge that, given current technological limitations, job offers published on the website may be copied, linked, or republished by other internet providers. hotelsassistance.com makes no effort, beyond legal and technical requirements, to prevent such actions. However, unauthorized publication, linking, or framing by third parties does not grant you any rights to make claims against hotelsassistance.com.

To enhance the quality of advertisements across all devices, hotelsassistance.com reserves the right to adjust the layout of job offers as needed.

Upon request, hotelsassistance.com can add an “Apply Now” button or similar feature to job offers. This button may link to a page specified by you or to a standard hotelsassistance.com application form, allowing candidates to submit their information through a dedicated account in the hotelsassistance.com Customer Center.

hotelsassistance.com may, at its discretion, publish job offers on partner sites or create links to third-party platforms. This is an additional, voluntary service provided at no extra cost. However, if you request publication on additional sites outside our initial offering, these may have additional restrictions and requirements beyond our Terms and Conditions, for which hotelsassistance.com assumes no responsibility. Additionally, if you request publication in regions not initially covered by our Services, specific legal requirements and prohibitions for job advertisements in other countries must be adhered to, and the guidelines provided here may be modified or supplemented accordingly.
